Shimmer Powder Application
Step 1: Apply the Control Color to the eyelid with the provided SWAB applicator in the Duo tube.
Step 2: While the Control Color is still wet, apply the Shimmer Powder (Bling Spirit Collection or Day Glow Collection) of your choice with your finger, Q-tip, or brush. Let dry 1 minute.
Step 3: Apply a second, light coat of Control Color to the eyelid with the provided BRUSH applicator in the Duo tube.
Step 4: While the Control Color is still wet, apply the matching Glitter (Bling Spirit Collection or Day Glow Collection). Use glitter heavily to acheive maximum Bling! Let dry 1 minute. Now your Bling Make-up is Sweat-proof, Smudge-proof, and will Stay on All Day!
