Return / Exchange / Replacement Policy

Returns can be made only within 14 days of shipment for merchandise ONLY. WE DO NOT REFUND MONEY FOR YOUR PURCHASE. You must EXCHANGE for another item. Special orders are not returnable or refundable. This includes special order POINTE SHOES by CK. Sale and clearance items are not returnable or refundable. All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are non-refundable.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please call us within 5 days of the receipt of your merchandise to receive a return authorization number.

Exchanges may be made within 14 days from the date of the order being placed. Dance shoes and skates will be carefully inspected for wear before being accepted for return or exchange, and the "Return" tag must be attached. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges (return and exchanged item) when an item is returned for an exchange.

For health reasons - undergarments, cheer/dance briefs and tights are not returnable due to the intimate nature of the garment.

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns made after 14 days or if we are not contacted before an item is returned. All returns made without a Return Authorization Number is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Do not use the boxes shoes and skates come in as your return box. Please put them in another container or wrap in paper. If the box is damaged, you will be charged a $2.00 box fee.

All Returns (please allow 1-2 weeks for Processing)

* Must be sent postage paid. * Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. * Shoe boxes must not be damaged * Must include a copy of your invoice. If you send the original, it will not be returned * C.O.D. or check customers must include a check for reshipment charges with your return * We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment
