Return / Exchange / Replacement Policy

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of shipment for merchandise ONLY. Custom products and special orders are NOT returnable or refundable. This includes special order POINTE SHOES by CK and custom apparel. Sale and clearance items are not returnable or refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please call us within 5 days of the receipt of your merchandise to receive a return authorization number. If you do not get a Return Authorization Number you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges may be made within 14 days from the date of the order being placed. Dance shoes and skates will be carefully inspected for wear before being accepted for return or exchange, and the "Return" tag must be attached. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges (return and exchanged item) when an item is returned for an exchange.

For health reasons - undergarments, cheer/dance briefs and tights are absolutely NOT returnable due to the intimate nature of the garment. Be sure you are ordering the correct size and color before you place your order.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns made after 14 days. All returns made without a Return Authorization Number are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Do not use the boxes shoes and skates come in as your return box. Please put them in another container for shipping. If the box is damaged, you will be charged a $2.00 box fee.

All Returns:
  • Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  • Must have a Return Authorization Number.
  • Must be sent postage paid.
  • Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Shoe/Skate boxes must not be damaged.
  • Must include a copy of your invoice. If you send the original, it will not be returned.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.


DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
  • You were sent the size you ordered and it did not fit.
  • You receive the color you ordered but it wasn't what you expected.
  • You changed your mind.
