How To Apply Our FAMOUS Bling Spirit Glitter Lips !

STEP 1: Apply the smudge proof lip pen to dry lips and Let Dry Totally!

* Available Lip Pen Colors:

~Red Pepper~ #4002

~Radiant Red~ #4004

STEP 2: Apply Clear Lip Gloss.

* Use Only a Silicon Gloss over the Lip Pen! A Mineral Oil base gloss will cause the Lip Pen to bleed!

STEP 3: Dab on Glitter color of choice over glossed lips.

*For easier removal use make-up remover on the lips
