International Orders

We offer shipping to countries outside the United States by a trackable shipping method only. Please contact us through email with your order, and we will calculate your shipping costs and email your options back to you. If you choose to place the order, we will issue you a Paypal invoice in which to make payment.

All orders from outside the US (other than Canada) will take a minimum of two weeks to be delivered. There is extra paperwork, and many orders are delayed at customs.

Payment of all fees, duties, brokerage fees, taxes etc. are the responsibility of the customer in the country of receipt. Refused packages due to non-payment of these fees will result in the customer being charged the initial cost of shipping and any costs, including shipping and fees incurred by Debby's Dance and Skate Shop to retrieve the merchandise and a 20% restocking fee.

Once your order leaves our hands, it is no longer our responsibility. If it is lost or damaged, you are responsible for contacting the shipper for any reimbursements.
